About the project
The Brief
The Garden Route Game Lodge tasked us with creating a 2-minute TV insert that would showcase their top facilities and activities, emphasizing the lodge’s unique appeal. The brief required us to capture the luxurious accommodation options, the various guest activities, and most importantly, the wildlife experience that sets the lodge apart. The goal was to create an engaging segment that would attract potential visitors by highlighting the beauty of the lodge and its surroundings.
The Solution
We developed a well-rounded filming plan that would cover all the key aspects of the lodge. Starting with the accommodation, we shot both wide and detailed shots of the various rooms and common areas, capturing the elegance and comfort they offer. We then moved on to the activities, filming guests engaged in safari drives, and other leisure options. For the main wildlife feature, we carefully timed shoots to capture the animals in their natural habitat, creating captivating footage that reflects the game lodge’s core attraction.
Involvement
The sample video below was crafted as a short, compelling trailer, for the TV insert. The pacing was fast yet informative, with seamless transitions between accommodation, activities, and wildlife shots. Designed to captivate audiences, the trailer served as a teaser, inviting viewers to experience the breathtaking adventures that the Garden Route Game Lodge offers.
